Kenneth Mousù is Chief Financial Officer at GT Group, responsible for overseeing the group’s financial operations, investment strategy, and long-term fiscal planning. With deep expertise in financial analysis, fund management, and business operations, he ensures that every project is backed by rigorous planning and sustainable growth.

His career spans senior leadership roles in both local and international firms, including Amarillo Investment Solutions, Benchmark Capital Management, and Deloitte. Kenneth is a certified accountant and holds a B.A. (Hons) in Accountancy from the University of Malta, along with professional qualifications from the Malta Institute of Accountants and the BCS Chartered Institute for IT.

At GT Group, he combines strategic insight with hands-on financial oversight to support property development that performs financially, structurally, and over time.

With over two decades of experience in real estate and project delivery, Judit Bokros plays a key role in shaping how GT Group operates day to day. She oversees the running of two major commercial assets and ensures that projects are delivered smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Her background spans large-scale residential and commercial developments across Budapest and Malta, giving her a strong command of both operational detail and strategic execution.

Judit is known for building strong processes, leading with precision, and turning vision into measurable value.

David brings a clear, strategic focus to GT Group’s operational structure. With a background in business operations and management, he plays a key role in overseeing execution across departments and ensuring every arm of the business runs with precision.

As Director of Operations, David helps drive consistency, accountability, and operational efficiency, supporting the group’s ongoing growth and reputation for excellence.

John is a respected figure in Malta’s business and financial landscape, bringing over 30 years of experience in tax advisory. He has worked with both private clients and government bodies, offering insight on local and international tax matters. His technical expertise played a direct role in shaping national frameworks such as the Malta Retirement Programme and the Global Residence Programme.

Beyond advisory work, John sits on multiple boards, including the Malta Business Bureau and the Malta Community Chest Fund, where he chairs the Finance Unit. He is also the Chairman of Yachting Malta and a non-executive director on several companies. John is approved by both the Malta Financial Services Authority and the Cyprus Securities Exchange Commission, reflecting his strong regulatory credibility. His background includes leadership roles across public, private, and EU-level institutions, along with senior experience at KPMG.

Antoine brings a unique combination of academic depth and strategic leadership to GT Group. With a PhD in Evolutionary and Cognitive Psychology and a background that spans research posts at institutions such as the University of St Andrews and Cornell University, he approaches business development with both analytical thinking and long-range perspective.

Since taking on the role of Executive Director, Antoine has overseen key decisions that continue to shape the group’s steady, sustainable growth. From guiding strategic investments to evaluating long-term market positioning, his focus remains on building commercial assets that deliver lasting value. He leads with a mindset rooted in research, clarity, and responsibility—helping GT Group grow stronger, not just bigger.

Rita has been at the heart of GT Group since the very beginning. As a founding member, she played a leading role in shaping the company’s early direction and long-term strategy, helping guide it from a family-run operation into one of Malta’s most respected commercial property developers. Her steady leadership and forward-thinking approach have helped GT Group navigate market shifts, economic cycles, and periods of growth with resilience and focus.

Today, Rita remains actively involved in the business, working alongside her son Antoine and a dedicated team to ensure GT Group continues to evolve while staying true to its values.

Stephen brings over three decades of experience in accounting, audit, and regulatory advisory. A former partner at Deloitte Malta, he held senior leadership roles including Head of Audit, Financial Services Industry Leader, and Head of Risk and Regulatory Advisory.

Stephen has led diverse audit and advisory engagements across both public and private sectors, with particular depth in financial services and regulated entities. His understanding of Malta’s financial landscape and regulatory frameworks makes him a valuable asset to GT Group’s board.

He continues to support strategic oversight and governance with a sharp eye for detail, helping ensure the group’s operations remain robust, transparent, and aligned with best practices.
